What is the hour of accommodation in easyHotel Sofia?

Check-in is after 2:00 PM. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time after that hour. However, if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in storage or you can check in before 2:00 PM for an additional charge.

When do I have to vacate the room?

Standard room availability is up to 11:00 AM. If you would like to leave later (for example 4:00 PM), we offer this option for an additional charge.

Can I check in at night?

Yes, the front desk is open 24 hours a day and you can check in at any convenient time after 2:00 PM. Your prepaid reservation is reserved until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is the room rate per room or per person?

The price is per room, regardless of the number of guests in it. The minimum accommodation is one guest and the maximum is two. An exception is the placement of a child up to the age of 6 in the parents room as a third person, in which case the child is not charged extra. It is possible to put a cot (0-3 years) in the Standard Rooms, and please request in advance by phone or email.

Is smoking permitted in easyHotel Sofia?

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and throughout the building. There are separate smoking areas in the hotel garden and in front of the main entrance.

Is there a restaurant/bar in easyHotel Sofia?

There is no restaurant or bar in the building, but our staff will give you detailed information about establishments in the area or in the city. Vending machines for hot/cold drinks and packed snacks are available in the lobby.

Is breakfast included in the price?

easyHotel Sofia does not offer breakfast, but reception staff will direct you to the nearest cafe/bakery. You will also find vending machines for hot and cold drinks and light foods in the lobby.

How often is the room cleaned?

Your room has been cleaned and equipped with clean sheets, towels and liquid soap for the duration of your stay. Cleaning during your stay is not available by default, unless you have been with us for more than 5 days. If you would like additional cleaning services, you can request them and pay for them at the reception.

Can I invite guests to my room?

Yes, you can invite guest(s) to your room, but only registered guests can spend the night. Maximum occupancy is two people.

Why can't I make a reservation by phone or e-mail?

To keep prices low, we work with prepaid debit/credit card online reservations.

Why do I have to fill in my personal information when booking?

We ask you to fill in your personal details so we can create and manage your reservation now and in the future, and so we can authenticate you to sign in and make changes yourself.

How can I sign in?

You can log in to your account to view, print or cancel your reservation in the "PROFILE" section of our reservation site www.easyhotel.com/login.

The price of the room I want to book has increased since the last time I checked on the website. Why?

EasyHotel Sofia works on the principle the earlier you book, the lower the price you will get. Prices vary by availability and demand and automatically rise as the date of desired stay approaches. To get the most value, book early and, if possible, be flexible about your desired days of stay (for example, in Sofia August is more popular for visits than January, and Friday and Saturday are more busy days than Sunday).

Can I stay without a reservation?

As long as there are available rooms at the moment, you can make your reservation at the time of arrival. In this case, you can pay for your stay in cash or card at the reception. The actual prices at the time of payment are those indicated on the chain website. However, there is a risk that there will be no room available for the date, so we recommend that you book in advance.

Can I book rooms side by side or on the same floor?

The rooms are distributed on a first come, first served basis. Of course, if there is such an opportunity at the moment, we will be flexible and will try to satisfy your wishes. You can request any specific requirements and preferences via email.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

The prices are non-refundable and in case of non-appearance or cancellation, the amounts are non-refundable. If you are prevented from staying with us on the reserved date, please contact us by phone or email to change your reservation for a future period.

I'm not getting my booking confirmation. Why?

When you have successfully made your reservation, the system will show on-screen confirmation of this upon completion of the process, as well as send you a message via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, your reservation was unsuccessful, which may be due to an invalid card, insufficient funds availability in your card, browser problem, or session expiration. Please try again, or contact us.

Do all rooms have private baths?

Yes, all rooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC, shower, toilet, towels and liquid soap/shampoo.

Does easyHotel Sofia offer facilities for disabled guests?

Yes, there is a specifically furnished wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor of the hotel. The size of the room and doors is wider and the bathroom has specific equipment.

What is included in the rate per room?

To avoid paying for services you do not want to use, they are generally not included in the price. By default, you pay for accomodation (including VAT, tourist tax and insurance), and all additional services such as additional cleaning, underground parking, luggage storage, early and late check-out are a matter of personal choice and additional costs are paid at the reception.

Can I adjust the room temperature myself?

All rooms are equipped with air conditioners with adjustable temperature by means of a wall panel. You can choose the temperature yourself, but within a certain range depending on the season (for example, you cannot set the air conditioner to 30° C in summer or 16° C in winter).

Whats facilities are there in the room and the bathroom?

Each room has a double bed, a dressing table with a mirror, a chair, built-in luggage racks, hangers, air conditioning, LCD TV. The bathroom comes with WC, shower, and sink, water glasses, towels and liquid soap. Free Wi-Fi/wireless Internet access is available in each room.

What types of credit cards are accepted?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex debit/credit cards.

My credit card number is valid but the system does not accept it. Why?

There may be several possible reasons:

  • Your card type is not accepted by the system.
  • The card has expired.
  • You have not entered, or you have entered the wrong CVC code.
  • There are not enough available funds on the card to pay for the reservation.
  • Your card may be under special protection by the issuing bank in order to prevent abuse by third parties. You need to contact the bank.

Is it safe to use a debit/credit card?

Yes. We take this issue very seriously. To ensure your security, an online affiliate network uses a secure server that encrypts your credit/debit card and encodes it in unrecognizable form. The prepay process is fully automated and we do not have access to your card details.
